These guidelines have been established to ensure that your items arrive to us in the best possible condition.
- All items should be shipped in an appropriate size cardboard box.
- All items should be packed using newspaper or packing peanuts.
- All cards should be shipped secure, in a small box, or secured in sleeves. (Do not use rubber bands)
- All packages should be shipped either USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. Fed Ex and DHL are acceptable, but contact us first..
- All packages should be insured.
- All packages should contain a copy of the authorization e-mail that we sent you.
Once your package arrives, we will send an e-mail to you (to the e-mail address on the authorization e-mail) that your package has arrived. Please allow 3 business days for us to sort and inventory your collection. When we have inventoried your collection, we will send you a total e-mail and make arrangements for payment then.
Payment options include Paypal (preferred), Business Check, or Cash. If you are not local, your only options are Paypal, or Business Check. We will not send Cash through the mail.
